Hi Everyone! I’m a second year master’s student in CS at UCSB. My pronouns are she/her. A bit about me - I completed my Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering in 2019. Post undergrad, I was working as an Android Engineer at PhonePe - a Fintech company in India. Currently, my area of interest is in distributed systems and cloud computing, and I’m working with Professors Chandra Krintz & Rich Wolski in RACE Lab. Hello everyone! My name is Karanina Zim, but I go by Laszlo. I’m a third year year CS & Chinese double major. Some of my hobbies are cafe-hopping and being a dedicated servant to my dear cat Stinkie. I also love music and I enjoy attending concerts in my (very limited) free time.
